The Overhaul of a Video Broadcasting App
M2M WIFI Video is a mobile application which allows users to broadcast and to watch a broadcast video, including audio, via WIFI. It can function with or independently of the internet.
Development had started on the app without a clear user flow or user interface in place, resulting in a very disjointed user experience with too many features. No visual branding existed to set the app apart from others, and no supporting marketing material was in place to attract users.
The Objectives
• To define the MVP;
• To re-design the UI to be familiar, simple and intuitive to use;
• To create and establish an easily recognisable brand; and
• To design and build a responsive website to house supporting content, including FAQs
