The Challenge
For over a decade, global consulting firm VCI have worked with clients as diverse as BMW and BHP, helping them design transformation at scale. 
With over 200 projects completed and consultants around the globe, they had dozens of case studies, profiles and white papers. VCI needed a new, easy-to-navigate online presence which would work across every industry they were operating in.
The Objective
The creation of a user friendly, responsive website with updated imagery and content to represent VCI's brand, offerings and positioning in the global market.
The Outcomes
Digital agency Eliza_ engaged my services to assist in driving the UX design process. An audit of VCI's existing website was performed, identifying what existing content was still relevant, what needed to be updated, and what needed to be created. Stakeholder interviews and content gathering workshops uncovered the experience, vision and purpose of the founders.
Using the information gathered, medium fidelity wireframes were created for each screen, including responsive breakpoints. A detailed user flow provided visual representation of key pathways.
High fidelity designs followed under the creative direction of Eliza_, including iconography and infographic design.
